about 10 years, while traveling from ontario to my cottage north of montreal, to visit with my kids & grandchildren

was amazing, pool is decent and kids love it, staff is also helpfull, overall decent
kids hockey tournament. elevators were playgrounds. but hey!!! i was a kid once too. haha
shuttle took a long time to arrive at the airport and we had to leave the hotel early with kids because of the
needs netflix/smart tv and more pool equipment i.e. noodles/lifejacket for kids
good hotel especially with kids for swimming, and not far from shopping malls, also welcoming workers

amazing 5 star hotel inside the airport, i had a 12 hours transit & stayed at the hotel with my kids, we loved
we had 2 small kids, one in baby stroller and lots of luggage but there was no facility to help us get to the

our kids were staying in this room and we told them it was extremely unsafe
close to the airport, great pool for kids to unwind before or after a long journey

had very smelly variety it was hard to breathe we had small kids with us

breakfast for kids is very very limited, and if they want the buffet, they have to pay a full adult price

the staff were professional and they accommodate the needs for my kids
we booked the room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids (under 18) and had only 2 double beds which made the stay

a friendly hotel staff are nice and the canteen is good and good for kids and has a pool and walking distance
i had my three kids so it was very difficult for me to reach the hotel
they should not be listed as pet friendly
room service would be great.

drunk people partying all night next door, about thirty kids playing hockey in the hallway late at night
the noise that woke me up every morning . very disrespectful on the kids part and the parents
elevator very slow, too many kids at the pool, good thing we did not have much time for a swim.
nonetheless, the kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit
all in all it was a nice place to stay with kids

not very proper for familly and specially kids however all staff very very friendly and best
it felt like such a retreat, and yet they were absolutely welcoming to our kids
only complaint: the free wifi was very slow and drop often. but they do offer a paid internet.

felt like i was in france and everything was just over priced and no pool i had 2 kids and they couldn t do
