only thing was the hot tub not up and running and the kids wanted to swim but the pool was too cool and it was
booked this particular hotel bc it was raining and the kids wanted to swim, pool was closed but staff did tell
a nice hotel, small pool but adequate, kids had fun in it
kids running around the hall during the night
wouldn't let kids swim alone, ages 10 and 12 that swim like fish! but understood why.

we booked a room with a pullout for two adults and three kids, and we were told they didn't have that so my
indoor pool chlorine was super strong and made my kids eyes very red and burning
hot tub, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, coffee was ok, but like mine stronger, just me, kids, grand kids liked
the kids actually enjoyed this more since they could spread out and watch cartoons while they ate
my husband and kids went down to try the pool, it was green and hot tub wasn't working

gorgeous building and furnishings. friendly and helpful staff. great bar by the pool.
rooms were large and beautiful, the gym facilities were some of the best i ve seen in a hotel and the staff
would have liked bar service around the pool area
room service was incredible
convenient to everything. love the pool area.

we ended up leaving the hotel to get food for the kids
my kids were ecstatic that we were staying there, but also bummed that we were only staying one night
hotel was only 18% occupied and they put a family with screaming kids in the adjoining room next to ours at
loved the bar and food the hotel! didn t have to leave for drinks or dinner/breakfast
and see everything around you and if it s dark enough all the stars will shine bright and the bar was serving

this property because of their ad of a luxurious pool and all i saw a big hole in the ground my kids were
there was also a big group of kids staying there on a sports trip that were running up and down the corridors
they made sure the kids had fun by putting out games and playing movies complete with popcorn
