it was a weekend away with the kids so was hoping fit the pool
tub was hot, but i think unsupervised kids hit the emergency off (big red button), so no jets when i was there
too many kids in the pool
there were 3 kids sports teams booked the same night so it was overrun with many kids and adolescents thoughout
not restocked, coffee/tea not restocked, young kids were drinking coffee-not even teenagers

the restaurant was way over priced and didn t offer a kids option
kids slept on floor
was so small, asked for roller bed cause had 2 kids and 2 adults, barely able to fit it in the room after moving
didn't see where the pool was listed by the elevator. minor issue. too busy to use the pool !!
staff were friendly and the hotel lobby areas and bar were nice.

it was the first time my kids stayed in a suite and they thought it was the coolest
my family enjoyed the suite very much, especially the kids-- they didn't want to go home
my overall experience was awesome. the kids loved it
the breakfasts were limited, especially for kids
everything! front desk staff were very friendly. breakfast options were abundant.

appreciated the late check out as it helped with our kids' sport activities that were happening in the area,
i had to tell the kids to be quiet and then it made them
unsupervised kids everywhere, yelling and running in halls
this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors

very accommodating to multiple ball teams with lots of kids!
my kids were sad and exhausted as was i
surface around the pool is very slick and i saw several adults and kids slip and slide (a few actually fell)
had breakfast as a take & eat because of covid restrictions
pool room was very humid
