the spa facility was very good, clean and great for both, kids and adults
not much to do around the area for kids
breakfast was excellent. pool area great for kids. nice comfy beds.
after the kids were gone at 6

but luckily we wasn't in the room to much so hopefully didn't disturb the people below with the kids running
is exceptional, the location is close to all of the shops etc and swimming pool was great the kids loved having
got given a glass of complimentary prosecco and orange juice for the kids on arrival which was well needed as
i was so grateful as it was very emotional for me too cuz it was 8 months that i haven't seen my kids

in that i need to pay extra for breakfast for my 17 years old as written in small print that kids over 12 not
kids loved the variety of cereals as well
to explore city center, hotel was opposite a sainsburys and next door to a mcdonald s so kids were happy,
given a disability room and i really wanted a bath also there was a baby and kids right next door and the hotel
the bedding was gross with the kids eating in the rooms

was a kids camping out night so lots of noise until 12 30 informed reception and was told they'll be
breakfast very average. wifi inconsistent.

hotel itself was good above a nice pub with friendly staff but the wifi was terrible which is a big thing for
of the hotel regarding the centre of town was excellent, with very good parking facilities
