parking lot party and kids running up and down halls until midnight

kids next door were noisy

i would call up to front desk and charging us for using towels they put us out talking about our kids didn t

it s was perfect for us and our kids

problem with the breakfast, we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, booking confirmed breakfast included, after

took my kids the second day, and the pool wasn't clean

they called when we left belongings at breakfast, allowed an extended stay when one of my kids got sick, and

desk was meh and dismissive when i complained about kids/teens banging our door and running away

the lack of kids menu in the bar downstairs.

they treated my kids wonderfully as they kept going back for snacks, pool is fun, rooms are clean

kids loved the pool being open so late

was not enough breakfast, other adult guests were rude and pushed my kids out, staff was rude there too

i was there to dedicate my time to help kids at a baseball camp in bear valley

people up above had kids jumping and running late at night after 11pm and before 7 am until after 10

the pool was great after all the cold the kids loved being able to swim
