reserved a 2 bed/ 2 bath suite, apparently directly below a kids birthday party

the pull out couch was the second bed for two kids and they were pretty squished for space and uncomfortable,

pool was great for the kids and the location was close to some great restaurants for a meal out.

the next morning kids were jumping around and woke us up

people above us had kids jumping and run till after midnight

my kids loved the pool.

it was clean the staff was really friendly nice to my kids.

the continental breakfast was fairly minimal, but the kids loved the waffle maker

the cleaningless. the bed...the breakfast...

the lock on pool gate was not working

we live in fayetteville so this over night was just so the kids could swim and hang out together

every drop of our neighbor's urine, his food order, his kids when he skyped, etc

those are handy to have with kids

3 people (2 of whom were 16 year old kids) stayed in a double room and beds were too small for 2 average size

i signed a waiver at the hotel and paid and additional pet fee

to help but it didn t work :( i d suggest the hotel putting large groups or groups with kids on the bottom

our room also only had a shower, and that was a little inconvenient with kids

it s probably great for families with kids

cleanliness, noise level was too much but that had to do with kids being above our floor.

need to move in the south , clean room , kind receptionist , good breakfast, hotel has also good parking area

had a guy banging on my door at 1am and woke my kids up

location breakfast was ok powdered eggs not tasty nothing but cranberry juice not good for the kids

my kids loved the indoor pool

because she would have cried if she could not have that waffle, while watching the other kids and people enjoy

nice pool and hot tub, convenient vending and laundry

large room. good breakfast. quiet despite lots of kids.

staff and great breakfast with excellent coffee

parking lot was a bit small and couldn't accommodate a full hotel

small kitchenette, wish could put some silverware, plates n glassware of some sort, kept forgetting to

the staff was very accommodating & the breakfast was very good.

the open hours of the placery and bar should be extended. as well as pool hours.

the wifi wasn't secure so we didn't connect

the gym, pool, breakfast, cafe, beds, bathroom, quiet level, spaciousness, etc, was all beyond expectations

comfortable beds and very clean room. we absolutely loved the night staff down at the bar area.

i didn't like the fact the bar wasn't open saturday to sit and drink but no other complaints.

and bar wonderful and convenient

were there during reopening period so i can t comment on breakfast or pool because both were closed

very clean, staff was very accommodating, beds we're very comfortable, plenty of parking.

the room was perfect for our 4 day excursion, breakfast was included and location was great

breakfasts was late getting ready

nice staff, the pool was good to relax in (more of a medical pool, not a party pool), next to red robin so thats

indoor pool and gym were closed due to covid-19, and the website only said the gym would be closed
