my kids had to sleep in the floor

we go swimming and kids are having a ball, but have to keep getting out to wipe their eyes and complain that

reserved the room thinking this place had a pool for my kids and a hot tub for us

was out of commission and unfortunately that was the reason we were staying somewhere was for the kids to have

we were on spring break with kids and that was the whole reason for staying there was i was informed there was

pool has a new liner and is salt water, which we prefer to chlorine

the only drawback is no pets allowed for for those that have them

is pet friendly-it was available for the days we needed a room-breakfast was good-i would stay again

staff at the front desk was very nice and even accommodated an early check in so we could get ready to attend

easy parking

one always knows they will be but when traveling with several kids that like souvenirs it is a bit much

pretty noisy. you could hear kids running around on the room above.

kids love the swimming area & bunk beds.

the kids loved the water park. driving up the big hill to get to the hotel was like a ride too!

a lot of family activities you can do there like horse back riding, bike riding, kids center, pool, bowling

took our three kids and their spouses for a long weekend to celebrate 3 of them turning 40

nite after driving 5 hours to get there we unpacked and got the kids to the outdoor activities and then the pool

the hotel was noisy at night with kids, families, and even a barking dog.

i love how big the rooms were we had kids an it was plenty of room

my kids had potatoes and eggs with sausage and they loved it

my husband and 3 kids all fit comfortably

the pool was very clean the kids loved it! staff was very friendly.

children and let them run the halls couldn't get to the hot tub or the pool because of all the kids even after

breakfast was good, the kids really liked the waffles

kids didn't swim, so i can't personally rate the pool, but there were families in there having a

some traffic noise. kids in the room above us were pretty loud.

that the pool was down for maintenance and that was the whole reason i bought a hotel for my kids to swim

there was a tournament in town with many young and energetic kids and she was so flexible and accommodating

the rooms! friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean pool.

i like the kitchenette and the bed was comfortable

the parking lot was poorly cleared of ice and snow.

it was a very nice stay and the kids loved the pool

didn't like the idea of signing up for pool time since we had kids and they wanted to swim more

friendly staff, good location for visit to kids at iu. lots of towels and toiletries in room!

that was a perk that 4 kids were looking forward to and really seems like part of the cost of staying there

there was a family with a few kids swimming and that was enough to disturb the whole pool enough to keep us

lots of kids and loud people in halls after 11pm

though i had hoped for an additional blanket in the closet, as the kids wanted to sleep on the pull out couch

toilet was loose in room had to use plunger. no room service.

i did use them however after a certain amount of time 3) card did not work from pool to courtyard fri night

the bed was hard. the pool was a little small.

the chlorine in the pool was extremely high, the kids eyes were burning and they were coughing horribly due to

kids running the halls, bouncing basketballs, dogs whining and barking, parking horrible

it was pretty embarrassing to be stuck outside your room with your 4 kids because your key card doesn't work

booked this hotel because it had a nice pool for my younger kids but the pool was closed because the pump broke

clean room, super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing and very generous, and the location is perfect

getting breakfast at the gables worked perfectly each morning

bar was a nice touch that provided a great opportunity to meet other parents visiting with their kids touring

the amenities were plentiful. breakfast, pool, fitness center, and a beautiful room!

the place was little houses and townhomes which gave our kids the room to play without having to monitor them

fire place, kitchenette is useless other than. glasses and dishwasher.

jacked the prices up alot when we wanted to stay an extra night because college kids and parents were in

we could not find a opening anywhere with a pool and my kids were bummed when we were told that it made our

breakfast was ok but had no milk most of the week for kids

kids were welcomed and we all felt that if we needed anything they would be there for us

lobby didn't work, vending machine was out of order, pool was so cloudy that i wouldn't let my kids get in,no

the air in the pool are was very cold (had to wear a winter coat while watching my kids

of the stay sucked, the room wasn't clean, surrounded by children which i dont mind kids but i was there to

the pool was green and un-swimmable, and my kids were so bummed out

we were on the third floor and when you travel with two kids under two, you have a lot of junk you gotta bring
