which, would've been nice to know at check-in instead of finding out when taking our little kids down there

our air conditioner was not cold but our kids connecting room was. the fridge wasn t cold.

went to use the pool and there was a bunch of people drinking and kids in the hot tub so we couldn t use any

if we had one of kids with us it would have been perfect for them

there were stains on the chair in the room, the hotel and parking lot seemed sketchy.
there were people clearly on drugs hanging out in the lobby and the parking lot
the location is unusable for a hotel -- the parking lot faces a strip club, thugs all around
the staff was friendly when we checked in. parking lot was lit well. bed was comfortable.

we love kids, but it would have been nice for us to have used the pool while we were there

the kids enjoyed the pool and the space downstairs to have dinner with their teammates
were a bunch of kids there for some sporting event and they pretty much ran rampant down the halls and filled
the pool opened at 09:00 however there were people out there at 05:00 making all sorts of noise.

the woman working was fantastic at keeping things stocked and being very patient with our kids as they went

staff went above and beyond to help me on our trip, which was awesome for a single mom with 4 kids
beside the pool there was a small seating area where my kids wanted to sit, but a couple of men were out there
i took my kids and the swimming pool wasn t working.

with that said, they do have a ramp and ample handicap parking
