room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family- we had 3 adults and 2 kids-our room had a king bed
it was so loud in our room as the kids proceeded to empty bags and bags of marbles on the floor wood floor and
their parents had a separate room but it was distant enough that they could not hear their kids
wifi was good and beds were comfortable
breakfast every morning was excellent

at 7 am a family with very noisy kids was having breakfast and obviously woke us up

week was fine until i asked a lady worker about laundry and she said she would do it for $15 mil

large beds, great view of bogota. the spa massage was amazing.
negative however was the 'spa access' which was only available from 2pm-5pm on jacuzzi and 6pm for spa treatments

room the lack of facilities the non existent spa the lack of early check in requested the rudeness of female
wifi was terrible in our first room (level 8), pretty much unusable, but better on the 5th floor

was better located there's is horrible super loud music playing all day and night and a bunch of kids all day
swimming pool was always busy and full of kids

like the hotel en general was clean and good space, but it was nothing in the mini bar at the no even water we
t work (didn t cool) , the cable tv didn t work (showed tv error) and the worst was the wifi was very slow
in general, the room service section left a lot to be desired
there where some loud reparations during the day, wifi was incredibly slow
left in the hallways and room service dishes left outside the rooms for long time, creating messy perception
