really warm and humid to walk in and out to parking or lobby

parking was easy to navigate.

they were not even next to each other, and the kids were 16, 10 & 7 and we needed them to

will never stay at that hotel again they where very mean and rude to my kids also

the fitness center door wouldn t open and from the window had a treadmill and old bike

loud parking lot activity on ocassion. also, i could ve used some more user friendly pillows.

beds seemed narrow and with two kids sleeping in the bed i wasn't comfortable

the cafe breakfast and sunday take-away breakfast is nice

no airport shuttle service

beautiful hotel, shuttle to the concert was helpful, everyone very nice.

location is great, comfort is great, breakfast is just ok if you like bagels
