we had 2 queens and a sofa that turned into a trundle, which is perfect for the amount of kids we had with us

noise from above us, sounded like kids jumping around all night pounding the floor

kids loved having pool
was great although not kid friendly meaning not all kids like bagels or egg muffin sausage & eggs

our favorite was the pool, slides, hot tub and kids area
hotel was great for kids
had 4 kids and was placed far away from pool

the noise level from the adjacent rooms and hallway (doors banging, kids running) was awful throughout the
vanity area was not inside by the shower toilet area which was hard to get ready with kids
weren't informed before we stayed that the pool would not be open that upset the kids some

seem to slowly go down and hot tub in the room plus a shower and tub, desk and chair and room for kids to play

desk staff didn't understand that it's illegal to charge a pet fee for a service dog (they did charge me)
