it was a sunday and a huge pool party went on all day with load music
hot water in shower, bar onsite, and super market across the street
pool was full of filth
they said bar is closing at 11 and music will be shut down

pool is lovely but unfortunately on the afternoon we spent there it was taken over by a group of kids who were

can hear between walls of rooms a little which wasn t a problem as our kids were next door.

the pool was great for our kids and not many other people were using the pool at all
buffet style breakfasts, bar area and pool and souvenir shop

the hightlight for our kids was the frog tour
had a fantastic stay (including 2 kids of 5 and 8y old) with wendy and her family
we did a couple of tours with wendy and would thoroughly recommend them, the kids loved it especially our 4
nice furniture (bed, kitchen, balconies )
kitchen equipment is very basic. hard to cook in one pan.

breakfast too cheap for the price missing indications panels to find paths because big surface of
jaime (james) is the main bar tender and he has skills
the room was spacious and the private pool is wonderfully relaxing
the pool facility was lovely and the gym was well equipped
for now the 10 - 12 sunbeds around the pool seemed fine

we'd so highly recommend this hotel to anyone, from honeymooners to families with young kids

we have young kids and they were happy but also going around in circles at times, there are lots of stairs as
our kids likes the small pool

hiking to waterfalls, zoo were easy on paved path, great for kids
beautiful and lots to do for the kids
the kids loved the park and animals and food was amazing
pool isn't that big, so if this is your only stop and you have kids; they might want a bigger pool

the pool was a highlight with the kids and the adults:) all in all an excellent stay for our
big family of monkeys living literally next and above you), in the evening they catched fish for kids to show

not appealing at all, kids touching everything and not the healthiest of snacks
humidity and bad smell in the room, staff not welcoming and wanting to make us pay for our kids' breakfast

sat out in the sunshine with a drink while the kids swam the evening before our flight
the restaurant on site was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. (cold though)
let's say efficient enough but there is also a nice clean pool for your kids to cool off if necessary

it did feel that there was not a continous flow of water and there had been 8 kids inside just before me, so
the kids loved the
favorite part is when the owner of the hotel, originally from canada, stopped by and asked if my kids would like
