the bed duvet was 100% polyester and very hot, impossible for me or my two kids to sleep in it, had to take it
you can hear everything from the other rooms, beside and upstairs (the last night maybe i had kids upstairs),
first our rooms were a little bit far away (we have 3 kids and asked to have 2 rooms nearby)
the presentation of cutlery and crockery in open drawers meant that the many kids staying were able to handle

- we got a room upgrade and the staff was proactive - seeing we were a family with young kids - offering us tips
unruly kids in the breakfast room.
location was fantastic and the carpark with ev charger was an absolute bonus
location, very helpful and friendly reception staff, parking a real plus, very easy to find by car, roof top
valet parking was very convenient
