floors were filthy, my kids walked on the floor for ten minutes and thier feet were black
there were also kids running around screaming at 2am and visible drug deals

room was big and very clean we got lucky and got the room right next to the pool the kids loved
there was nothing i didn't like i will go back any time my kids loved it an they loved the pool

was a softball tournament with lots of kids running up amd down the halls banging on doors and spraying water

upon check in, older kids and young adults were running up and down hallway shooting nerf guns
are outside that's where their garbage goes cigarette butts and they don't clean up after their pets

parking was excellent. location was good, even with all the construction.
