we had to make sure that the kids didn't go from house to house by themselves
room i wouldn't say is suitable for two teenage kids as the sofa bed is not comfortable nor big enough

friendliness of the staff, the pool and jacuzzi and area was a nice shared space open to kids and pets

we had the kids with us so stuck to the pool and it was a great way to spend an hour and a half on a cold wet

have fitted 2 adults and 2 kids in the room but not given the option - had to purchase 2 rooms
kids in next door bedroom shouting from 7am
in the kids room there is a radiator right next to the bed so in winter that would be on and extremely
breakfast was really nice, little things like having oat milk made it really stand out

many kids in the spa 30 minute massage included walking to the treatment room, asking some questions,

the shower gel and hand washes not too child friendly as kids couldn't easily squeeze out for their washes

i like the location is close to shops and town is just few minutes away nice parking space
fantastic, staff friendly, parking can get busy, rooms recently refurbished
the parking was very convenient and so was the location being close to town

i thik you should be allowed to kids for summing after 18 also with the parents
the sofa bed for the kids wasn t very comfortable

recent visit, our rooms was right next to a bouncy castle who's motor was loud, but the screaming kids louder
and kids was so impressed with this hotel the old stile its so with character
staff were lovely with a nice friendly bar to sit in and relax

the tv mains outlet box did not have a face plate on covering the wires ( kids hight too ) but the main problem

we stay on saturday evening during lockdown2 and although the restaurant and bar were closed, room service was

kids in the pool
only thing i will say is i d like it if the jacuzzi will allow the kids- mine are 9&12 and love a jacuzzi but
we ordered a kids sundae for my young niece, however what was brought wasn t particularly kid friendly
swim for the children and we did book this hotel because we knew it had a pool and that the kids would want to
about the kids swimming times as we assumed we d be able to use all day as guests of the hotel

has a really good bar area with table games, games machines, tvs with playstations for the kids, and adults
gym could open tad earlier weekends but i m a very early riser
there was a kitchen area, but no kitchen utensils
with ice for our day at santa pod will definitely stay again and hope to make use of the spa and pool next time
