the next morning about 7 am a bunch of kids were playing soccer in the hallway

unattended kids with no policing by the staff- dirty uncleared tables- kids running around out of control in

very new hotel kids loved the arcade

shower was extremely slippy-my husband and all 3 kids fell when they each tried to shower and got hurt

the game room for the kids can use some updates and maybe a machine or two more

were placed on the 3rd floor under a mom with 6 extremely noisy kids

my kids had a hard time sleeping which lead to us checking out a day earlier

pool was nice to let the kids get energy out before going to bed for the night, and the morning breakfast had

noisy early in the morning with kids running in the hallways. hair in the bathtub

a group of young hockey players that were in the hallways after 10pm, it made it hard to get my kids to sleep

hotel lobby and bar were both elegant and welcoming

great all around great resturant / bar right in the hotel

the bar staff downstairs, the classic historical decorations

food, bar service, location

lobby and bar were incredible

kids yelling all hours of the night not worth the price

was no hot water, tv was broken, beds were uncomfortable, my kids woke up with bug bites all over them

it's drug infested, not a family oriented place for kids.

housekeeping and the front desk attendant walk into my room while my wife and kids were asleep at 6 am and we

hanging out & drinking in the parking lot, the bed bugs, the stains on my blanket, kids yelling & playing in

the second night at 10:30pm one of their kids stood outside out door crying and screaming for about 15 minutes

and we had kids messing with our door all

which was not open yet because it was too early in the season but looked good for families with kids because

the wifi and location

there were people yelling in the parking lot which seemed like almost all night

my kids have respiratory issues so we couldn t stay long unfortunately

the walls are kinda thin. heard kids talking in the hallway along with adults.

hot tub was at boiling temperature and no sign was posted that it was not in proper order, small kids in pool

kids enjoyed pool and i was able print important papers i needed which was much appreciated.

was closed for renovations did not tell us that when we booked kids were upset because they could not

courtyard very relaxing and my kids are buoyed the pool and fitness

pool cleaning person was off on a very busy saturday spa was not available for use friday,

hot tub nor the pool was clean, nor did the hot tub work, i told a staff member, nothing happened he didn't come

the bar has always lacked quality staff.

no complimentary breakfast, bar opens too late and closes early lol

gaming area for kids. they loved it. and the modern feel of the hotel

functional no frill fun breakfast making options, loved by kids.

room was cleaned, the breakfast was delicious, the main lobby was entertaining for the kids, parking was spacious

new clean stylish great decor clean fresh nice place to stay my kids enjoyed the place the decorations breakfast

felt like a hotel for kids

the front desk lady in the evening, seemed lazy we were in lobby around 8:30, we had 6 kids with us, there was

kids loved the pool, close to a variety of locations to eat (family of 6), room was spacious, clean

all three of my kids got sick our first night there

too many kids staying there that precluded use of the pool.

great staff, comfy beds, and the kids loved the pool /hot tub. overall great place to stay

the loud obnoxious family with kids running around until midnight.

and the gym was nice but unsafe kids was going there right out the pool straight on the equipment getting

the pool and jacuzzi area were nice, clean and my kids loved the pool. staff were excellent

didn't get to try pool or hot tub cause it was busy with kids and no parents

i paid a pretty penny to make sure that my kids and i were comfortable and that is not what i got

kids loved basketball court and

i had a king suite, with 3 kids it was perfect

my kids loved the pool and the basketball court

actually hated the eggs and so did my kids

the kids absolutely loved the pool and it was nothing short of relaxing for my husband and me

really would have like to have yogurt available all the time, would have been nice for the kids

was a lot of noise due to a group of kids with their parents for a tournament of some sort

having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome

the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent a great start for a busy day

-solid wifi connection 24/7 -location is great
