two queen beds plus a pull out sofa , it allowed our kids to each have their own bed , the hair/body products

was absolutely nothing for kids to do

the kids were playing hockey until 1a

our kids went swimming in the indoor pool it was very clean

no chemicals for the water, even though i called that morning to confirm pool was open for the kids

it was a eelfare hotel with people up all night with little kids in parking lot

of the selling points when i made my reservation was the free breakfast - of which there was none

breakfast offerings and someone at the front desk when you are coming and leaving.

they advertise a bar it was closed breakfast was poor

and the room itself could have used an update and lastly the wifi did not and could not connect to either mine

pool, which i hyped up for the kids, was open the day we arrived but then shut down for repairs at 8pm that

if serious, the spa facility doesn't allowing kids under 18

onsite dining options were varied and uniformly good, and the kids eat free promotion was a great value

felt overcrowded (kids running around everywhere), and could not relax, which was whole point of the

hotel was a unique place for our kids to experience

there were a ton of young kids unsupervised running and jumping into the pool, acting wild & crazy it was

my kids love the pool at this location!

the negative, loud family above us and kids screaming outside our door running in the hallways

on the regular, your attendant is an angel, so kind and pleasant, she even rescued me and my kids when we couldn

cold shower to pricey for area kids running around. elevator slow and dirty

the room was kind of small. nothing for kids to do on a cold winter day.

kids are 20 and 18 years old

it was fresh and and there were options for my kids

old laundry units

that there is no indoor pool.

restaurant and bar were closed, and there's not a lot of options for dining or entertainment.

easy to find and lots of parking

need a grab bar in the shower.

great location with easy parking and we visited the cute store across the street this visit and loved that as

cold marble floors. missing a safety grab bar by tub.

kids running down hallways all night

isn t ready, came back at 5 and still had to wait for another 30-45 minutes it sucked i had kids with me and

me yes, our pool is open and closes at 11pm, i informed him i was renting a room so me and my kids specifically

our toddler loved the pool! breakfast. had easter brunch. wonderful

the room was clean, and room service was fast and friendly.
