better breakfast would be nice, we would love it if they offered more fruit for the kids.

was one night my daughter and i walked to the laundry room and the lights to the pathway were out

an employee in the morning at breakfast was coughing made us a little nervous,
kitchenette was well appointed and free breakfast was delicious and well prepared

kids on 3rd floor running the halls between midnight and 2 am.

my stay was very quiet n comfortable. the pool was clean n inviting as was the hot spa.

i didn t like is that they knocked on my room door because there was someone complaining of my kids running
what i didn t like was that there wasn t any room service to clean the rooms

pool was gross, wouldn t let our kids swim in it
there were dead bugs all over the floor chips in the bed because the cleaning lady brings her kids and they sit

family with 4 kids above us thundering in their room till after midnight

i have tall kids, i asked when we checked in if the room for 5, double queen room with a couch was available,
there were a lot of kids in the pool and they tracked water through the hallway
gym wasn't open either, kinda big deal too

we didn't use the gym but plan to next time

the bed was so comfortable and my kids loved the pool.
we extended our checkout time so the kids could swim the not so nice ladies put a sign up that the pool won
breakfast lady staffing and cleaning the area was awesome with kids and family's
they allowed the kids a little extra time to swim after games which was amazing

the bed was comfy and i liked having the adjoining room to my kids.
wish the hot tub would have been warmed up and going but iverall had an amzing time and the kids loved it
was perfect for our family! kids had so much fun at the pool
the smell and also it was mold in my room triggered my kids asthma
wifi was a little slow in the evening, but that is understandable.
