the rooms good with small kids, not with 3 adults in the small room with two beds
this is especially important given that there is little or no cell reception in the area, and wifi at nearby
wifi connection was terrible

having a kitchen and fulltime refrigerator in the bedroom was a huge plus especially with two kids
staff was super friendly, the facility was clean, great breakfast and the kids loved the pool

only reason we picked this hotel which we booked for two nights assuming the pool was open and kids could enjoy

also the people above us were very loud with kids that were jumping on the bed then jumping off the bed to the
kids in room above us kept running in the room keeping us awake
the rooms are way bigger than i expected my wife and the kids had no problem with the space at all
it was kids over my room running all night noisy outside half of the night.

there were kids and grown adults that kept cannon balling and jumping into the pool not considering other
etc since blue mountain is only 20 mins away, but after being outdoors all day in the cold, my kids were looking

not good for family and kids smoke cigarettes and other at the rooms.......
floors were filthy, my kids walked on the floor for ten minutes and thier feet were black
there were also kids running around screaming at 2am and visible drug deals

i work nights and slept during the day and there were noisy kids running in the hall
kids playing and running in hallway after 11pm last night (wed).
my kids loved the breakfast buffet a few options to pick from so that was great.

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around
park busted, closed when open freezing water all kids water park was closed
d like that it was a family, friendly resort unfortunately this place is not for kids
there is plenty of parking lot and there's no charge for it which is very nice, our kids went to the waterpark
pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

neighbors had little kids and ppl were noisy running up and down the halls woke me up at

due to a hockey tournament we were attending; i selected a suite to ensure we had rooms for the kids to hang
were really comfortable and there was plenty of fun/entertaining things for kids and adults
apparently there is a kids club for babysitting services in the mall adjacent to the hotel
plan on bringing the kids next time to enjoy the pool and childcare facilities, and tour the old steel archives
my kids went to the playplace and they liked it.
