hotel is very spacious / large close to shops, restaurants (walking distance) nice pool, sauna, gym plenty of
no opening windows in rooms (so can't eg dry clothes), temperamental air con, and very basic spa/gym facilities
room service was problematic: first order took so long i had to cancel and leave to my commitment;
service at the pool bar was slow
but the 3 days i was there the pool was closed
