of the staff steve was wonderfully with our kids even had hot wheels cars for them

location was ok. rooms were very comfortable and clean! kids loves the pool area!

only bad thing we saw was that the pool was always crammed with kids, we thought maybe the hotel should offer

we went to the ymca, my kids saw the epic slide and were immediately no longer disappointed

pool that morning but it wasn't that big of a deal as there were many big families with lots of kids that would

mechanical noise on first floor forced a room swap. water leak closed gym. no safe in the room.

the couch in our room was pretty dirty and we had to lay a blanket from home over it to let the kids sit on it

i didn t want my kids to see, so i took shade off, light bulb broke, so i went to front desk

rude unruly kids in poor, advised front desk, nothing was done

pretty ridiculous on top of the room rate especially since you obviously don't clean anyways lol, kids make far

so with the pool shut down the adults in our group enjoyed sitting around the outside patio and kids played

we had two kids and we needed that pool

the kids loved the pool and the room so much

the breakfast area looked pretty clean

you thought of everything to make it a spa night, thank you

breakfast was okay, and my kids loved what they offered

kids where running around wet with no towels making the floors in and around the elevator wet and

was too much commotion around all night long so it was hard to get a good rest for us and the kids

the kids were up all night long and were constantly using the stairs and the door would slam every few

kids all over the place playing on elevators..

second, kids were with us this trip so needed the pull out sofa

quick trip. wonderful hotel. rooftop bar and restaurant on ground level.

rooftop bar was spectacular

wifi was a little spotty in the room.

enjoyed working out at the gym and breakfast and coffee in the main floor restaurant

even the kids could not stand to play in it

funny smell in room like a personal perfume, hair/fur on table, brought my own disinfectant, kids swam but

12-15 people all in one room and we heard kids being beat on for a couple hours

we didn't make it to breakfast because the kids stayed up way to late, but the set up i saw had a great variety

that was an unexpected disappointment for our kids who were looking forward to swimming

family and i went here to stay a night to take our kids to some attractions in the area and overall when we

it s safe to say my kids and i kept our socks on the whole time and all of our stuff in our suitcases

the pool wasn t even open so my kids could enjoy it

booked cause thought kids basketball team staying there

went to for a relaxing night away with my mate and to get in the jacuzzi but it was so many kids in the pool

just picked a night that was super busy; tons of kids running around

only complaint i had was the amount of kids in the pool which is completely out of the hotels hands

my kids and i live in fort wayne & we like to get a room every once in awhile & go swimming

one of my kids made a pallet on the floor with the blankets and said it was more comfortable than the bed

elevator was real noisy scared the kids pool water was cold

pool had 20 kids in it (apparently a birthday party in which not even half the kids were hotel guests) and no

we paid $180 for a room with a jacuzzi tub for a romantic night away and there were kids running and yelling up

hot tub was a big hit with the kids

pool is small was a lot kids in there so it was loud and not much room

think of anything we didn't like, we asked for a room change to be closer to my sister and her kids and we were
