there were too many kids running around in their rooms over my room all night
no pool for the kids
i could hear small kids running and playing thru the night into the early a.m. hours..
a group of kids, some small, some teenagers, ran up and down the hall back and forth to the indoor pool,

in the kitchen for breakfast was really rude an disrespectful to my kids other then that i love
the pullout was not large enough to accommodate both of my kids and was not particularly comfortable
love multi-bedroom suite options since our kids will not go to sleep if we are in one room and the adults are
had to pack up kids and dogs and go get another room
could of been cheaper but i rented a room expecting more people to come with their kids so i guess the $200 plus

were driving from florida to massachusetts with our 2 young kids and needed a place to sleep that was right off
the manager brought her kids to work with her
was traveling with kids so had to make other plans which means had to spend more money
with 2 young kids finding a new hotel at 11pm was not an option
i didn t like the light from the parking lot shining in the room when trying to go to sleep.

we arrived late and tired and had to make the sofa bed for our kids
the breakfast served was better than any other hotel breakfast i have had in 20 years

i booked the room so the kids could swim but the pool was disgusting and the hot tub was green on the bottom
the pool was very clean, overall a very good place to call home for temporary needs

for us but we were at the elevator with a family and 2 small kids
the pool was not working and my kids were not happy about that.

is the worst experience i ever had the pool was down green my kids could not use any amenities doors
pool was green no hot tub no amenities top dollar staff in willing to help bad experience

one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim
it was clean and it had a pool the beds was fresh and clean and very comfortable
the power was out for a full day no wifi nor tv

need in the upstairs people had kids up all night running back and forth literally til 6am and next door kept
no soap to wash our hands and the toilet was wobbly. no fridge to keep kids milk cold.
pool was right outside the room so it got a little noise at times but was nice to hear kids having fun
got to the room, kids went potty, toilet wouldn't flush
plastic on mattress heard every movement my kids made

also at breakfast he told me and my kids we had to eat in the breakfast room but others came and went to there
we checked in and before the kids touch the beds i wanted to check them
manager watched me and my kids go to room then asked how many people would i have in the room
we made due after wiping every thing down with clorox wipes and using the kids blankets on the other bed
