is no fault of the resort but upstairs guests with kids running, jumping, moving things and slamming things on
the carpet, so walking barefoot we stepped on the nails a few times and that is an issue with kids
the kids were so pleased there was so much to do

however, i found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at steins lodge very inconvenient
the views from the pool are killer and the whole experience was wonderful

great location for skiing and easy to get to park city to go out at night room service
left about 30 guests stranded at snow park lodge while every other resort sent more than enough shuttles to

we are a family with teenaged kids the music didn t bother them but for me after skiing all day i like to
have a rooftop pool bar that blasts music from 2-6p along with pendry s party on the plaza that also
a handful of times when i asked for things like spa reservations, i got some push back and multiple conflicting
