other guests were in parking lot having a bbq with lawn chairs and their kids were running through the parking

we picked the place for this d/t kids wanting to swim

the kids liked the pool. the room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was ok.

was it that we had to send our kids to stay with family since the room we booked and paid for was not provided

we need up having 5 kids in our room

only the restaurant and pro club were open for our stay, so the kids didn't get to enjoy things like the candy

shampoo that didn't clean even after a third try, no drinking water, no wifi / bad wifi, poorly placed power
