it was complicated moving with the hobby and 3 kids and all of our

night had family across hallway loud obnoxious with kids and screaming all night knocking on doors and running

parking was a little tight. diamond club members was all that was left.

night man refused to give face towels for the two rooms we had 1 with 1 adult and 3 kids and another room with

we got 2 rooms from monday till saturday so the kids could have swimming and stuff all week, we get there and

was a lacrosse team staying there and the parents didn't control their kids

our room was right off the lobby and kids were running and yelling around until 2 or 3 o clock in the morning

personally didnt see anything wrong at all but my kids said the gym area wasnt bad but there wasnt enough

my kids didn't swim too long due to the water burning their eyes

could not even get to the elevators due to the mass of kids

location, ample parking and lobby lounge with 2 big screen televisions and available snacks.

that there was breakfast and offered sandwiches only and bar but was never open

also,the wifi on my phone was terrible and i had to keep disconnecting from it and then reconnecting it ,but

wife and i had to share one small bar of soap

power went out for about 2 hours, but we went to the pool so the kids didn't care :)

we went down to the pool but there were alot of noisy kids so i figured we would go in morning before we departed

12:30 am we were awaken 2 times with kids above us that sounded like they were jumping off the beds and walls

pool had so many unsupervised kids in there, over 30 some and the limit was 22

only thing i didn t like is no room service
