i'm glad i was traveling a lone, without kids or my family

there were kids in the hot tub late in the evening.

had to wait about 45 min for our room to be ready and while waiting in lobby for that, about 10 kids from a

room was clean. kids liked the pool

the room to the other side of us was booked with 12 (we counted) kids in one room

the pool was outside... kids were bummed.

pool was part of our criteria in choosing a hotel for the kids and it was closed

room was very clean a roomy for me and my 2 kids

i have kids and i understand but it was crazy loud

that was going on and not communicated beforehand, and too many out of control kids running all over the halls

hotel was overbooked, we waited probably 4 times for the elevator, kids were running through out the hotel, no

staff was very friendly and helpful. my kids enjoyed the hot chocolate.

everything was exceptional! the lady who checked us in was so sweet and made my kids night!

pool was closed, kids weren't able to swim on a hot day

room was spacious with a kitchen area

staff, clean room, very spacey room, parking for trailers/campers/u-haul, and conveniently located

not disturb placard was stained and dirty there was an actual towel on top on the cabinets in the kitchen, yuck

only the restaurant offered breakfast to purchase with a free kids meal with each meal purchased

staff was very friendly with my kids

the park up the road is great too especially if you have kids

the swimming pool was clean(just a tad small & cold) but our kids loved it

we had other kids jumping in and making the water turn into waves pretty much splashing up into my kids face
