the large family room had a separate sleeping area for kids and

i had to clean nearly everything save the cutlery in the kitchen before it could be used, including the washing
simple, clean accommodation with hot tub and well equipped kitchen set in a secluded park

have arrived before 8pm and there was no warm water so we had to wait before kids could take a bath
took ages for breakfast to be served and with kids in tow we eventually decided to leave after nearly an hour
from kitchen extract in our room, we asked to be moved and were moved without fuss or
welcome from the manager chris early check in very friendly staff throughout fabulous traditional bar area

enough staff in the bar, the one bar person could not cope with serving drinks in the bar as well as serving in

loved the christmas decor, kids loved it
we had kids in the room beside us and the walls are thin, so lots of noise from 7am from next door, doors
ample parking and nice location overlooking the village green
accommodated us with early check in as we were going to a wedding, thank you

the kids hot tub was only filled the first day which was a shame but they loved the pool!
the kids menu did not have chicken nuggets on it and my little girl is very fussy but they made her

nice breakfast, adjoining rooms which helped with the kids. nice pool and good overnight stay.
mattresses were too soft and springy, a bit like a kids trampoline no lifts

the pool itself was great for us with little kids, it was warm and fairly small but deep enough
radiators in full blast during night. 3 kids too hot.

rooms are quite small, at least ours was, so when the sofa bed is down for kids, the space is very

very small, one bed was a sofa bed which was uncomfortable and the queens bed is very high for kids to reach
