is the worst experience i ever had the pool was down green my kids could not use any amenities doors

we rented two rooms my kids room had roaches and was missing a television in it as well as stains ever where
need in the upstairs people had kids up all night running back and forth literally til 6am and next door kept
got to the room, kids went potty, toilet wouldn't flush
lights didn t work in our kids room and one of our lights didn t work in our room

one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim
was able to move me to another room due to my asthma and pet allergies
i am assuming we were in the pet zone and rooms were also smoking rooms
