the perfect location the free mini bar (soft drinks) the lovely staff
walking distance to everything they also gave us an early check in which was much appreciated
one more thing, we had an espresso machine in the room with free capsules and the mini bar was complementary
lots of little touches- robes for the shower, free mini bar stocked daily, complimentary cava, and detailed
the room was also exceptionally quiet and had good wifi

the kids appreciated the snacks and water throughout the day
kids thought the pool was tiny and very cold
breakfast was a relaxed affair and the hotel team did all they could to make us welcome
the view from the rooftop terrace is to die for, and the wifi is perfect throughout the hotel
the terrace offers an amazing view, and the breakfast was truly top quality

the bunk beds were too high for a 3 and 6 year old so not a good option for very small kids
big room large enough to accommodate us all (3 kids & 2 adults) & kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds
late check out at 6pm for 30€
neighbours and they changed our room quickly so that we could sleep and offered us complimentary late check out
wifi on 2nd floor was a problem for most of our stay

we loved the idea of the honesty bar and enjoyed exploring the different rooms and areas of the hotel
breakfast, great location walking distance to all the main attractions and accessible by bus from
they have an honest bar and the prices are alright
location, exceptionally lovely staff, early check in & late check out is a bonus
a lavanderia around the corner if you need laundry done for 6 euros

kids enjoyed swimming in the roof top pool
roof top bar and its staff were wonderful and my kids loved the pool
there is also a small pool on the 4th floor which was fun for the kids
pool was an added bonus as was the roof top bar

room was really nice, super clean, spacious with very large double bed and bunk beds for the kids
early in the morning, there were kids running around and a dog in the lobby barking
call to book the place for your car, access via car elevator - a bit claustrophobic but fun for kids :-)
bed bunks for the kids where a little high off the ground, protection could go also on the head of the bed
super friendly staff. very welcoming, also to our young kids. location is very central.

i heard of everything: customers checking-in, talking, kids, noisy from the eating area,
the location of the hotel is ideal: many tapas bar on the same street and much more in the nearby streets
room service is outsourced so when i ordered a late support it arrived in a box after 20 mins and
wifi was often down.

heated indoor pool! the best. kids loved it

could have been warmer - kids started shivering after just 15min faucet loose in room and floor not washed
the pool is small and really for kids but still a nice amenity
our room had a great bed for a couple and two bunk beds, perfect for kids
