the beds were so uncomfortable we couldn t slee and the room above us had kids jumping off the bed and running

pool and hot tub were full of neighborhood kids that were sneaking in through back door/ smoking area

surveillance at the pool area and making sure kids and young adults under the age of 18 are indeed being supervised

pool wasn't to clean

my kids were able to get a little grab bag, but i had to wait 45 minutes for them, and they didn't

had a few good stays here, and overall it's good, besides the pool
