friendly staff, nice pool

door on the pool area is broke cracked open making it cold

the pool water was merky

a guy who was sleeping in his truck, suspiciously, sat up in driver's seat and sped out of the parking lot when

ample, excellent choice of breakfast items.

no ice maker and pool drained (we were not going to use but if we had kids it would have been an issue) charged

the owner was very nice and accommodating. pool was open for the kids.

he even brought out a variety of cheese danish out for my kids

they upgraded us to a bigger room just to be nice because of our kids at the same price :)

we picked hotel for the pool but the pool area was disgusting

the place was dirty. asked for a quiet room, the kids next room were screaming and yelling.

kids running around the hallways yelling, yelling in their room (right across from mine), and i

one of our beds had bed bugs in it and they bit one of my kids.

the second floor hallways are noisy with people and kids

clean room. convenient parking. adequate breakfast.

rooms had at least 20-30 kids in them next to us, loud, bad language, music blaring, we have children, we couldn

pool was out of order

it was what we expected. clean, quiet and comfortable. nice breakfast. nice facility.

no laundry detergent for washer

someone had booked kids of 3rd floor above us again

staff and breakfast

wished the pool opened earlier

also, the pool could open earlier than 8am

the pool looked awesome
