my only regret is that the weather wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy the lovely pool area

my husband and i both really enjoyed our breakfast

it was very quiet and breakfast was amazing.

my kids really liked this place because momma was there

loved that there was a mexican restaurant in the parking lot and my kids loved the cookies at night

the hotel cat was such a hit with the kids and the woman who showed my son how the breakfast pancake machine

kids said the sofa bed was comfy too, which is rare for a sofa bed

friendly staff, clean and safe. kids loved the pancake maker at breakfast.

we were traveling with friends & kids

literally were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool to let the kids swim and relax for 1 night

i didn't want to go there with all young the kids running around

swamps about 5 minute drive from the hotel at the acadiana nature park (free) and fun for the kids

someone stole thing from my truck in the parking lot

loved the inside pool. my kids enjoyed swimming at night.

had two very disappointed kids

i wanted to take my kids for a fun day with friends staff didn t allow me to bring kids in just to swim just

a stepped away for a split second and staff monitored my kids without me even asking

with little kids i didn t like them being in the bathroom with the door closed

could do with a clean but otherwise very good lots of college kids at night

dirt around the edges, ac cut off and on all night, seen 3 homeless or drug addicts wondering the parking lot

parking lot had people sleeping in it

location and wifi.

+ complimentary parking available on property + bath tub is quite large + housekeeping offered services every

unfortunately they had large group of kids with soft ball tournament and ran out of food

u walk into property was told give my money by some younger kids so i left and didn t stay this was right

safe they watch you to see what you have and try to take from yuh i was here with my husband and kids when a

wifi didn t work

the wifi didn t work in the room but like they say u pay for what u get

left before breakfast was started

area that has trash and dirty chairs and a bbq pit some one has there with no top to it the hotel breakfast wasn

the rude staff and breakfast could of been better

the location was convenient and breakfast was a plus

breakfast is waffles, cereal

we ended up with two queen beds and sofa bed which worked out great for my kids

kids found a pill on the floor

loved that the beds were in a separate room so our adult kids could watch television while we slept

plenty of space for my wife and 3 kids.

last night there, the room above us, we could hear kids or whoever jumping, stomping, sounded like they were

the kids loved the inside pool

can top on the ground, the tv and a/c went out in my room so we had to move to another room, the kids couldn

the wild freaking kids were running up and down all night slamming doors

there were some kids spraying us with water guns basically unsupervised by the parents drinking a daiquiri in

the kids did not seem to mind

even with all the school kids running in the halls, i slept well

the pool was perfect for the kids

little league baseball teams stayed so it was kind of loud at night, but i m sure if the kids weren t there

i checked in at 12 am didn t get settled in until 3am with 4 kids

looking forward to staying again soon with our kids before school starts

a lot of people/kids stomping upstairs and running down the hall late at night

they didn't clean the room anytime during our stay. better breakfast choice would be nice.

was fare they did not have a microwave in the lobby kitchen or a waffle maker

away from main road, quiet, pool, tennis, good breakfast

after speaking to front desk person, it was obvious they didn't have a shuttle system to the airport like i

waiting to reply reply me and about the staying i didn't like it because they wear too much noise kids over

pretty busy parking lot i have 3 kids

having a pool for everyone is annoying with kids

have a splash pad right out front for the kids as well as a playground area

the noise kids were running up & down the hallways.

could have been more friendlier and patient with the fact that there where actually kids occupying the gadgets

i love the family atmosphere and the game area for kids and pool table on the 1st floor.

kids wished pool was opened until 10pm

was a lot of people in the lobby at around midnight and kids were running around knocking on

i didn't like the noise ...kids running on the floor above me ..very noisy..

nice and clean. close to highway. pet friendly.

we had no phone to call for room service for towels

clean and convenient. very pleased with the free guest laundry

the parking is ample and there's a great place to rest in the back with a lot of chairs and tables

let us have a late check out

the pool was too cool for the kids was a little disappointing.

the breakfast was very limited. not to many selections for kids.

two nights -- like most towneplace properties, the room was great with a small but well designed kitchen

the parking was kinda tight in the front of the building.
