there is roaches rats running around they didn't want to give me my money back my kids was scared sleeping here

the kids were making a lot of noise running up and down the hallway

decided to cancel one room without any cancellation charges and stay in the double bed with three kids
though i reserved two beds , i even showed them proof and told them would not fit 2 adults and 2 kids with one
beeautiful lake, the resort is nice, a backyard + pool area very useful especially when you have kids
kids love being in the pool and this hotel had such a great outdoor view and the pool was heated so
