parents had just sent their kids down to the pool without supervision, the kids were running and screaming non

the staff at night allowed the pool to be open until 9:30 pm because we came in at 8:30 and our kids were bummed

tall and slender with 2 kids one 7 that looks about 12 and one 2. and my boyfriend.

there s a pond in front of the hotel , my kids liked it

our plan was to have fun time for the kids

quite, clean and the price was a nice change. they also had a nice pool for the kids.

the pool area also could use a little cleaning more often but , the kids still enjoyed it

the pool is as great! kids always love a hotel with a pool! breakfast was wonderful as well!

staff, put us into adjoining rooms for our stay with four kids it sure was nice to have them with their own room

let sooo many people in side the pool at the same time it was way to full in there and my little kids couldnt

breakfast was kinda small as there were severals baseball teams staying there with lots of extra kids and ran

and at least one chair for sitting in the living room would also have been accommodating for our kids/guests

somehow, my kids didn't like the breakfast. hope you can improve this part for future.

the pool is nice, hot tub hot, and the workout room functional and clean

breakfast was awesome

great gym. great jacuzzi. great room.

great downtown location. ev charger was a plus:)

location is good, but not an area to take your pet.

good location, large rooms, gym, bar, large bathtub, good coffee.

basalt on the premises is an added bonus as is the nearby free parking and the free and ample wifi

staff was very accommodating with information about the town, and they offered early check in and late check
