a great pool and splash area for kids

we had 11 people in total including 5 kids

was our second time staying here but this time we brought the kids & they loved it 2 the max

the suite was so big and perfect for a family with 4 kids

this was a getaway with 2 kids and one mom and they were super helpful throughout our stay

noisy kids next door 1st night

the blinds into the parking lot where our kids slept were broken and would not go down

so then, i took my kids to get food, we got back to the hotel after 11:30 pm

plenty of pillows, clean sofa bed mattress for the kids

was poor, brought kids and there weren t any pancakes, not enough food preparation, kept running

my kids had to put their shoes back on because their socks were black

staff super unfriendly even after they gave us a room that somebody was in already and my kids walked in some

it was a long strand of hair in the shower all the kids has natural hair

kids next door to one of my room was up all night across the hall from the other fighting through

was a lot of partying going on ( young kids and such)

there is no place to get away from the rowdy kids in the pool if you just want some piece and quiet

both us and our kids enjoyed our stay and will be back if ever in that area again

i rented a handicap accessible queen suite for my kids and i

very slow service they even closed the restaurant and my kids were starving and they would not let us order
