my kids were very disappointed the pool was closed until memorial day despite being in the upper 80s
that was disappointing for the kids, but also not the fault of the hotel
i had forgotten to wrap the kids books
leaving no alternative for the kids to have anything to drink

i think it should have more things to choose from, specially if we have kids

kids racing up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning
bed was big and kids could stay separately in the suite section.
the pool was opened but myself and the kids unfortunately did not have a chance to use it
the pool area had about 8 kids running around until about 10:30 at night
manager was very rude and disrespectful call the police on a group 11 year old kids very sad situation

the pool was very cold for the kids and there were many signs of wear around the pool room, in addition to bugs
my kids feet turned black from walking on the dingy carpet
which was my main reason for choosing this hotel bc it had an indoor pool and i knew my kids would be full of

did, for family weekend, they quadrupled the prices knowing families will pay to come see their kids off to
very noisy with trains. college kids partying till 2 am down the hall.

was told only for kids under 11 when my children went they told them a purchase was needed

keep in mind that there is a rooftop bar which may be somewhat noisy until 11 or so
the lobby space is really cool - i loved the bar and the vibe
that the bar tender and dj accommodated me in my proposal to my fiancee
i found out they canceled it when i called them to request an early check in
like the main interests of the hotel its very unique i love the bar settings downstairs, rooftop bar was amazing

disappointed,my kids are allergic to yogurt and eggs in bagged breakfast.
i got my key and went outside to get my husband and kids
i thought the pet charge was exorbitant
room was huge, and although it was pet friendly, it was very clean and had no odor
the remote fell behind the bed, i went to get it and see rose petals and a bottle of liquor

we ordered room service in the evening which was good but over priced
the location was great and the bar and restaurant area were nice
the lobby restaurant and bar give the appearance of luxury and comfort the actual rooms and hallways leading to

the second room we got there was kids (teenage 16-above) knocking on doors thinking that our room was their

there were tons of options! my kids loved it!
but y'all provided a place to stay that was relaxing access to wifi, tv, pool, gym for our kids and hot water
3 adults and 3 kids we also had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa
the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly and the pool was also very nice

when we are trying to(family)leave out for our daughter high school graduation walking up to our kids asking
also, the indoor pool was very small and there were unattended kids in the pool that were diving, jumping,

helped me get all the extra bedding and things i needed for my kids who stayed free quickly and with kindness
i thought the pet fee of $75

know by allowing guests with pets you get a larger selection of guests,however for those clients who don't have

the reason we came was to visit grandkids and great-grandkids

however the hide a bed mattress could be thicker or have a topper on the mattress, so the kids can have a

i had to notify the front desk and their solution was freeze one room and more the kids doen the hall
the staff did not enforce the 10 pm curfew at the pool and had to listen to kids and adults scream til 11:30
was non smoking but there was a lot of smoke smell and with kids i hate smoke smell in non smoking room
we had room next to the family with kids and you could hear them yelling and crying at night
airplane noises, lots of kids tuning up and down the hall below us late into the night

the price was reasonable and though there were lots of kids in the hotel it was exceptionally quiet
instead of being charged for one order of eggs the server charged me 6 additional dollars for a kids meal which
need a firm bed and don t want the pool i would recommend just not for my family and having kids
little league baseball teams, kids screaming and running down the halls

there was no door separating us from the other room nor was there a separate restroom for the kids in the other
my kids loved the pool
i end up just staying in the room with my mother and kids
the small kitchenette was nice for our kids to eat small snacks together
the toilet paper holders are a heavy metal but they don't latch on so everytime one of the kids used the restroom
