we have 3 kids which can be tricky with accommodation, but they actually had beds for all of us in one room
very quiet nights and then birds, frogs, toads, and iguanas for kids to find during the day

had a facial and kids in the pool outside were loud disturbing me
we had a hard time finding things for the kids to eat for snacks since they eat all the time
although the breakfast (included in the price) was decent (especially fresh local fruit), the rest of the food
the food was perfect, breakfast, lunch and diner all of good quality
breakfast is absolutely amazing

not me, so i didn't miss it, but maybe families with kids
quiet except if young kids live close by, noise isolation in rooms are not excellent
we only checked out 2 of them because the others requires a long hike and our kids don t like to hike too
we brought two kids this time and they really enjoyed this beautiful place
plus the hot springs were fantastic- the kids loved the mud full body mask

we did the tour package and broke it up into three days which was perfect for the kids
we tried the pool, nice enough, especially for kids, but only about 6 lounge chairs to use
visit was serene, with the entire spa area to ourselves a treat enjoyed by both us and the kids
also did not like other guests and kids pestering wildlife and throwing food at them

we couldn t take a shower with hot water very bad because we have two kids
the room is a little bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids.

the kids loved the animals on site and happily ran around all afternoon spotting monkeys, deer, and
lots of space, greta for kids to play to run around and see animals
not for couples who are looking for quiet spot... the place is better for families with kids...
has a nice pool and kids we're loved enjoying swimming in

we got a king size cabin and a double queen cabin for the kids

visited for my daughter's birthday; for a family with 2 young kids, this resort was wonderful
my kids rode horses everyday and loved it
but i had to either send the kids away on horseback and work in reception or go down after i put the kids to
the italian girl of reception and axel of the breakfast were incredibly friendly and nice to our kids

we had 2 rooms (both had full and twin beds) for 4 adults, twins kids, and a small dog
even stopped at a grocery store because i mentioned i needed to get water and juice for my kids
the buildings had a nice look to them, and unlike most places, they have ample parking and even covered parking
my dog was welcome and there was and outdoor kitchen and tables for families to eat

likely alot nicer in the daytime but me and my kids arrived in the evening and were gone the next morning

common areas were nice. the kids loved the turtles and kitten. the staff were very friendly.

to only 2 hours (from 7 to 9) and as we arrived at 9:15 they sent us back hungry even my poor kids

mind the river is very shallow during the dry season so it's perfect for first-timers and young kids

is no tv in the rooms which we (kids) would've enjoyed when it was raining
kids had a lot of fun at the skate park, on the tennis court and in the pool
