constant slamming doors at 11pm kids allowed to run the halls late at night staff wouldn't do anything about

stayed in a king room with a sofa bed for the kids
double booked our room kids on third floor running around from 1am-2am
i guess the fruit punch with the free breakfast wasn t my favorite, even if my kids enjoyed
smell came out of as the construction crew staying there so kindly left their door open for our kids to smell

a bunch of teenagers or kids were there and were noisy, most of the night

the location is right by my work so my kids get to stay comfortably & close by

had requested connecting rooms since we were taking 2 of my sons 5 kids in our room, but didn t get it also,
they were offered free adult drinks and the kids got free drinks too
many kids running up and down the hallways at all times of the night
was that the room would get a marijuana smell from some other rooms once in a while and the kids were like what
it was a home away from home, minus the screaming kids

yelled at our kids because they were getting ancy because room situations were messed up
it was difficult for staff to keep kids from running up and down the hallway for hours at a time
my 3 and 4 year old were playing and being a little noisy as kids thier age are
the woman that checked us in was so friendly she even came into the pool area and told my grand kids a joke
didn t like the thin doors, where you could hear kids running around

this property was understanding of our large party (3 adults and 4 kids) and there was room for everyone to

in town to visit family. excellent service and location. breakfast was great
the staff were kind, and the breakfast was good too.
breakfast was excellent . staff members were all pleasant and friendly.
the floor in the room was wet and the pool was not open. thats the whole reason we booked here
