were a lot of families with kids that were visiting this weekend i was staying
good amenities - kids loved the indoor pool friendly staff and great breakfast
pool was fun but extremely chlorinated to the point that my kids didn't even want to stay in it because it was
my kids especially enjoyed the pool

some confusion about breakfast. we were told the kids would be free yet we were charged.
we traveled with 4 kids under age 7
complained to front desk first night as it was 11:30pm doors slamming loud talking music and kids running up
surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids
we were happy just to get away for a couple days & we were glad the pool was open.

the room above us kept us up until 1am because there were kids running around and people being loud
the pool is tiny, more for splashing around with kids -- i don't think laps would be possible
kids loved the indoor pool and tennis courts and park across the road
difficult to access from street and parking was scarce from construction

i liked how clean the room was, how it was appointed and that there was a gym in which to exercise

i visited a couple of years ago when the indoor pool was an option, but now that is the only a pool available
the lodge has the outdoor pool, which we enjoyed
do understand the reasons for no fires in cabin fireplaces (leaves) but it would have been nice
our check in was delayed 2 hours because the cabin was not ready and the parking was very tight.
