great and friendly service from the staff. kids loved the many pools, micro-golf, games ...

separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen, bbq on patio, nice pool area perfect for families with kids

bratty kids in the pool with little supervision

it felt safe for my kids to roam around and enjoy the amenities

the amenities that we did not get to enjoy but that was because of timing (kids cross country event) such as

) amazing breakfast elegantly served and delicious

breakfast was lovely

a bit on the pricy side, but breakfast made up for that.

like with kids we should be on the bottom floor so i don't have to worry about them running

kids on the 2nd floor were constantly running down in hall and slamming doors so it was hard to go

my kids love it

little noisy from kids running around but thats their parents fault

and so uncomfortable needs to be replaced and you guys should add safety latches on the doors so kids can't run

a family w/ young kids were next door and we could hear everything in their room

i have a family of 5 with little kids and this was perfect

i then said, oh do the kids get it free and not need a ticket

regard to the room, more tv stations for kids, or a netflix option

in the room was separate from bathroom, made for cold bathroom trips, no elevator - rough with kids and luggage

with two kids (ages 9 and 7) and our family dog
