first our rooms were a little bit far away (we have 3 kids and asked to have 2 rooms nearby)
the presentation of cutlery and crockery in open drawers meant that the many kids staying were able to handle
you can hear everything from the other rooms, beside and upstairs (the last night maybe i had kids upstairs),
the bed duvet was 100% polyester and very hot, impossible for me or my two kids to sleep in it, had to take it
very comfortable room, the breakfast was very good, especially the continental type.

tv has no english language channels (apart from 2 kids channels that can be set to english if you know how)

wifi strength and speed was not very good, and at peak times (the evening) it cut out completely
poor wifi, bed really bad
non-existing wifi. drain in bathtub not working, shoddy workmanship in bathroom.
at first the wifi didn't work either, but they fixed it within an hour
wifi worked fine when we checked in at 5pm and until about 10pm, but then everything stopped
