for the price was ok didn't have elevators especially when you have kids was hard.

it was a terrible experience to have with kids and there was no one ever at the desk to talk to

so my kids could not watch tv because it was stuck on a spanish news

also, you will hear every car door slam in the parking lot and every conversation in the parking lot

pool was closed and we were sent to another location that also closed until 10 am.

breakfast was excellent

jeff suggested that one of our vehicles get moved quickly as the parking spot was filling up with water

the hotel was great and swimming pool for the kids.

room was advertised as a two adult, two kids room but the couch that was in the room was a single so it seems

would have been better if the hot tub had been working when we stayed, but the kids loved the heated pool

wifi was difficult to connect to and did not stay connected through our stay

renovations if i knew ahead of time i would have skipped this hotel as the pool was something our kids where

came for vacation and the pool was down, it made for a bad time for my kids, especially since i called before

the breakfast was very good and everyone of us enjoyed it.

rooms were warm and comfortable, plenty of clean towels in every size, breakfast was sufficient.
