the pool was not open, which disappointed my kids
had a huge stain on it, the closet door was broken, the tv volume could not be changed when my kids were playing

but, we have 5 kids, so noise didn't really bother us so much

hotel clearly was close to being full because of kids sports and even with the kids being loud in the lobby

second night we stayed the pool was freezing and my kids could barely get in for a couple of minutes

did not close unless you slammed it shut and our windows on the 3rd floor fully opened we had kids with us
