i had to request a rollaway, so my kids could be comfortable
but most annoying was the pet fee which was 2/3 of the entire room cost (ie $100/$160)

i like the kitchen service was great bbq outside overall i loved it
breakfast could start earlier for the horse show people that need to be at show by 6:30 am

pool was small but awesome for the kids
pool was closed during our stay. kids were disappointed.
kids loved the pool and the room was very spacious
only reason my kids came with me for my mother passing away was cause we would have a place for my wife to take
that the pool was so small.

and even though they had a couple of options for dinner, they did not have a meat option for breakfast
bar drinks were priced reasonable
breakfast and brunch was amazing
the pool area was nice though we didn't swim as it was too cool (late october)

the staff was friendly. the kids enjoyed the pool.
definitely not a property to stay at with kids
also, for a non smoking room, there was a strong odor of smoke
convenient location , great staff & good breakfast
