eagle ridge is a golf course resort and all
spa was very friendly and relaxing. all staff was very outgoing
my wife used the spa for a manicure and she could not say enough about the wonderful person that did her nails
the spa - hands down best part
didn't use the fitness center

night where we had dinner at the restaurant, immediately after a couple of hours, my wife and kids started
we actually enjoyed how quiet the hotel was and that the kids were still able to use the pool
the alpine slide was also a lot of fun, but one of our kids got hurt; sled ran off track and she got road rash
no elevators, with a stroller and small kids is hard to handle
some guest were racists to my kids..

the tea time in the beautiful library area was pleasant, the breakfast was wonderful, and my kids enjoyed time
breakfast was good but there could ve been some more options, especially for kids like cereal and apple juice

our room was not cleaned on friday, no tv directory, the wifi was weak ( had to keep signing back on after a
cool, old-world style bar restaurant with good food

both kids did receive a rash from the pool
our grand kids really enjoyed it
pool and hot tube were fun, kids really enjoyed them
having five kids it made it super easy and my wife was able to sleep in
kids loved the pool

the kids eyes were burning when they went swimming
it also had a splash pad with a nice small slide for the little kids to have fun in
staff was friendly and beautiful pool and swimming pool play area for kids
the room was very comfortable also and our kids slept like babies the whole night
