i booked the room online for 2 adults and 2 kids but the reservations only showed 2 adults and i was charged 1

then observed cleaning crew making a mother and 2 small kids leave so they could clean the room

him no and just to add only about 5cars where parked in the entire place so either we used two parking spaces

no fruit or yogurt for breakfast

breakfast on consisted of cereal and milk, could have used some pastries to go with the coffee and

kids running around in the hallway. no parental supervision.

they would pickup the cereal before breakfast was over and that s what the kids liked.

and 8 month old did not get any sleep the people upstairs where jumping all night and there where kids running

around the hotel people smoking weed that was very unpleasant around my kids having people smoke

no privacy in the bathroom to get undressed. not suitable for kids.

then the first day the person in the room next to me was coughing all night and hollering at the kids

in staff was in a hurry to get back to the bar to socialize and rushed us

to stay in the room and had to split the bed sheets from the 2 beds for the sofa bed so that our kids could

since i was traveling with three kids by myself it would have been nice to know beforehand instead of during

guy at the front desk john went into the weight room with my kids and started yelling at them and told me that

12 hours the power went out and in the texas heat the room was hot trying to sleep with the kids

smelled of pets and for kids with allergies there should be suits that have not being occupied by pets (pets

conditioner wasn t cooling as cool as we expected but i didn t complain because we had four kids and a lot

booked this hotel as it had a pool and my kids wanted to go swimming every day of our week stay

pool was not huge but kids loved it, bartender was great, beds were very comfortable

the breakfast was disappointing and targeted towards adults--my kids wouldn't have eaten it

over night guy told my hubby saturday night that pool table closed at 1 so my kids and family didn t fully
