staff was amazing i was with my two children and you know kids with hotels

there were not enough space for all of the family and we asked for another small sofa for the kids

our cabin was incredibly clean and my kids absolutely loved it

spent a few days skiing with our kids and enjoyed a lot staying at the deerfield valley inn, it is quiet, clean

down the beds were completely warn out they were terrible staff was rude and was very loud with kids screaming

my kids thought it was hilarious when they would slid to the side a little when i laid down

when i stay at a hotel with my kids, a big part of where we stay depends on the pool situation

polite staff, plenty of towels, great pool for kids

pillows but comfy bed and we also had some noisy neighbors that let their kids run rampant in the

were given a room next to two noisy adults, two kids slamming doors and running down the halls @ 11pm and a

phone could not get the free wifi, my room was in the basement so this could be the reason

beds are extremely high, i was nervous one of my kids would roll off the bed at night and hurt themselves

traveling with our kids we have stayed at many hotels and this one was probably one of the cleanest and best

the pool was a great size for a few kids at a time

were yelled at for being kids, however every morning at about 730 kids were running down the hallway

there is no soundproofing at all so me and my kids could hear people above us all the time

the heated outdoor pool and arcade were hits with our kids

the hard working staff, the location on the foot of the mountain and the pool/hot tub.

the hot tub/sauna/heated pool were very enjoyable

hallway edges are very duty, high areas, and sauna and steam room are the worse, around the pool too

walls are a bit thin, so we could hear everything the kids were saying next door

no restaurants close by other than the one at their golf

it was very convenient for golf and fabulous restaurants

it is really intended for those visiting the nearby crumpin fox golf club
