kids upstairs on 3rd floor were jumping off the bed and causing a large ruckus on our ceiling

the pool was kind of dirty, but my kids still had fun in it

slamming doors, kids screaming, parents yelling to be quiet and baby crying as wl as banging on wall

for sure, loud guest on top floor with children should have been given a 1st level room jumping kids till 1am,

the kids were looking forward to it

had some insects in the room which scared my kids

loves the amazing and helpful staff. clean rooms, hot water, and there was always parking.

first night there were some very loud kids checked in on our floor, the hotel should have reminded the kids that

easy for us with pulling a trailer! had kids with and just felt it was easy and safe.

was a little rough but we were in town the same night as a little league tournament so the kids took over a bit

not enough storage in the room or a tub. just a big shower which was hard with two kids under 4.

also, there were a couple of families with kids that were making a ton of noise

view of the parking lot and front desk couldn t change location since went thru booking

the pool is indoor but very cold wish they kept it about 10 degrees warmer

room, hair dryer didn t work, beds are old and springy, loss of talking am or side until late, kids screaming

my upstairs neighbor has multiple kids, they were kinda noisy till 12am

clean, the family room had two separate bedrooms which is amazing after being in the car with the kids all day

this was the worst experience for my wife and i after an 8 hour drive with our kids (1yr and 6yr) and our dog

parking lot a bit crowded, little room for larger vehicles.
