went above and beyond to make sure we had enough room for the kids, upgraded us to a room with a sleeper sofa

we called the front desk twice to complain about kids running the halls and knocking on doors at 1am
the room we stayed in was noisy, we could hear kids running up and down the hallway all night, every time the
rest because at midnight there were guests next door that had music and were making noises like kids jumping
i do generally prefer a complimentary breakfast.

even though when i booked the room it was for 2 adults and 2 kids
so many shrieking jumping little kids in the pool in the evening that we couldn't go in

beds and pillows were horrible and the first night kids beat on our door and ran until two in the morning even
