we were out of state due to the tragic death of a grandchild and couldn't even face time our kids back home

limited handicapped parking ice machine and elevator not centrally located in building

not enough big rig parking space

we had people fighting with their kids in the hall at 12:30 am

since we stayed during christmas, the hotel leaned into the holiday spirit with a kids coloring table set

i didn't have a microwave in the room, would have been convenient with kids

the kids kept tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable

the fact i told my kids it was an indoor pool but wasn't put on website it was closed

they could do to appease me given the unfortunate circumstances of other guest not teaching their kids the

kitchen floor was greasy

i didn't get to enjoy the pool or the gym but they both looked nice

also the young lady in the kitchen was amazing

wish the pool had been open
